During the analysis phase we deeply analyze the prospective business venture and see whether we are interested in funding the venture.
During the terms negotiation phase we actively negotiate the terms of the deal. If it's an equity deal then we primarily mediate around how much capital we're going to invest for how much equity in the company. If it's a hybrid equity deal we'll discuss how much capital we're going to loan for what interest rate and for what discount to the liquidity event for conversion from debit into equity.
During the funding phase we finalize all the purchase agreements, close the deal and remit the funding wire.
